Lichita Gutiérrez is the most ignored and humiliated employee of Icónika, Latin America’s most important publicity agency, a company she joined as an assistant with the illusion of growing little by little. The truth is, she has been stuck in the same position for years being a kind of ‘jack of all trades’.
